the hotel was in a great and stunning location close enough to the hunter valley, a large park with ambling walkways, a waterway and lots of bird life and the local pub and the restaurants. it also was so close to the town centre.

Our recent getaway was a peaceful and blissful experience. The location of this charming retreat was perfect, with easy access to shops and cafes. The breakfast served was a delicious treat, especially the mouthwatering pastries and the renowned Morpeth Sour Dough bread. The hosts, Kerrie and Chris, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was beautifully styled, exactly as pictured, with a luxurious bed that provided utmost comfort. All the little extras were a nice touch and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this five-star getaway for anyone seeking a tranquil and memorable experience.

While our stay was fantastic overall, there were a couple of minor issues. we prefer lower profile pillows, as the existing ones were too high and firm for our liking.

We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The location on the decked area outside was absolutely perfect, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The service exceeded our expectations, with laundry and shuttle service available. The room amenities were superb, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace and dining table allowed us to enjoy meals with a breathtaking view. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to our stay. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences.

This place is highly recommended to all.

Our weekend away was fantastic! The owners were so kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom area. The location was perfect - just a short walk away from all the local attractions. Plus, the gardens around the house were a lovely touch!

Although we really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was very basic and could have had more variety.

The hotel offered a comfortable bed, a spacious shower and a convenient location near the city's attractions. the breakfast served was above average and the hotel was very eco-friendly.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved, as there were crumbs and cobwebs present. the decor could use a modern touch and there wasn't much information about local establishments in the area.

The hotel is easily accessible to various attractions and places to eat. It's just a short walk to the town center, making it convenient who want to explore the area. the room and bathroom are clean and stylishly designed. the bed is comfortable, and the shower has a large rainwater shower head that's perfect for relaxation.

The breakfast is a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels. Guests may expect more variety, such as juices, yogurt, and muesli, as the current options are very basic.
